DeCosta Law Firm is a boutique firm advocating for individuals hurt by others.  Virginia DeCosta created DeCosta Law Firm in 1996 after seven years of practicing with another law firm.  She built her firm with the same pillars with which she started practicing law in 1989:   an unparalleled work ethic, deep loyalty to her clients and their causes, and sheer determination to make a positive difference in her clients’ lives and within the legal profession as a whole. 

Founding attorney Virginia DeCosta has litigated numerous cases, argued appeals before the Washington Supreme Court and various Courts of Appeal. Her passion for education led her to teach numerous classes in trial advocacy and substantive law, to publish chapters in law books, author training materials, write articles on various legal issues.
